Add3.io (“Add3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a SaaS based platform that allows Companies seamlessly deploy Web3 contracts / tools (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect about our customers, including when they use our Services or visit our website, www.add3.io.

We treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, and not in their individual or household capacity. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our handling of personal information that we process on behalf of our customers as a service provider.

• Account information and contact details, such as your company’s name, wallet address, your first and last name, username and password, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

• Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
